Coyaba offers you the option of hosting your data in a range of available datacenters to meet your security and confidentiality requirements.

The various data centers available for your Coyaba are in Paris (Europe eu-west-2), Clifton and Secaucus (US West us-east-2), San Jose and San Clara (US East us-west-1) and Tokyo (Asia Pacific ap-northeast-1).

Data communications for the entire Coyaba Web application comply with the TLS 1.3 protocol. This protocol for securing exchanges over computer networks such as Internet guarantees server and user authentication, the confidentiality of exchanged data, and the integrity of exchanged data.

Sensitive data in the Coyaba application is encrypted using the AES-256 encryption protocol.

Security, performance and availability are constantly monitored by our teams to ensure that your application is available at all times. We work with an external security partner who carries out penetration tests on a regular basis and when new features are delivered.
